Work Package 1 - Vision & Mission

The aim of WP1 was to build a conceptual and operational framework for AgroEcoLLNet by co-developing:

  • the key principles, concepts, and criteria featuring place-based open innovation arrangements as exemplified by LLs and research infrastructures making a significant step towards agroecology transition
  • an appreciation of the needs and expectations of the actors making the transitions at each level of the value chain and at each scale (local, territorial, national, international)
  • the vision, scope, and mission(s) for AgroEcoLLNet

WP1 was undertook in close connection with WP2, it informed the vision, scope and mission of the pilot network (WP3), and contributed to the implementation plan for AgroEcoLLNet by laying a foundation for a shared understanding of the added value of the network (WP4). The framework provided by WP1 also helped screen the capacities, skills and competences that ALL-Ready helped to develop (WP5).
